Our leadership methodology is rooted in the successful practices and strategies from a spectrum of educational experiences, ranging from a high-performing urban high school and an alternative 7-12 educational setting to enriching contributions in a Gifted Mathematics program and adjunct professor roles at the university level.

Leveraging over 60 years of collective experience in education and over 50 years combined experience in educational leadership as administrators, we offer our clients proven and effective strategies aimed at elevating their organizations to exceptional levels of excellence.

We position ourselves as leaders who are adept at fostering growth in both educational and business contexts. Our focus is on collaborative and unified approaches throughout the organization. Drawing on our leadership experiences and our knowledge of the research, we have implemented practices that generate a thriving culture of success and well-being. Dr. Gabrielle A. Morquecho

Dr. Gabrielle Morquecho has been a Special Education teacher and a school administrator for 30+ years at elementary, middle and high school age-levels. In her role as an urban High School Principal in the Buffalo Public Schools at Hutchinson Central Technical High School, known as “Hutch Tech”, she prioritized:

Social and Emotional Strategies:
  • an environment of respect and a ‘culture of care’ utilizing methods in her dissertation
  • social and emotional learning strategies with trauma-informed strategies
  • self-regulation methods to promote self-awareness and self-control
  • mindset strategies to promote growth and learning
  • increased opportunities for students to positively interact with staff and other students

  • targeted academic supports for students who were struggling to meet requirements
  • interventions to remediate learning gaps
  • increased rigorous courses and programs
  • increasing ‘project-based learning’ with an emphasis on the Engineering programs offered at the school

Mr. Rafael A. Mercado

  • Rafael Mercado is a passionate (bilingual Spanish-speaking) educator with over 30 years of experience in urban schools.
  • He is a former math teacher, administrator, and adjunct professor who is now a certified electrician. Rafael is motivated to use his expertise in education and electrical engineering to improve schools and make a difference in the lives of students.
  • Rafael is particularly interested in using STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education to engage students and prepare them for the 21st century workforce. He believes that all students, regardless of their background, deserve access to a high-quality education that will allow them to reach their full potential.
  • Rafael advocates for a thriving school environment. He strongly believes that all students should feel welcome and supported in the classroom, regardless of their race, ethnicity, language, or socioeconomic status.
